Dr. Burton Clark hosts a panel discussion on this topic with Dr. Mike Beasely, Psychologist for Montgomery County, MD, Fire Rescue Department; Retired Chief Mike Chiaramonte, Lynbrook, NY; Lt. Nicol Juratovac, JD, with San Francisco Fire Department; and Fire Service Instructor Carolyn Smith-Clark, MA,.

This podcast was recorded with students of the Fire Service Communication Course, held at the National Fire Academy.
